Refund policy
Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled for any reason. All bows are especially made to your checkout selection.
We want you to be 100% satisfied! If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 3 days of being delivered with photo proof of the product and packaging (this is for us to file a claim with the postal service). Once we receive notice and photos, we will send out a replacement in a timely manner.
If for some reason you do not receive your order but tracking shows delivered, you will need to dispute this with your local postal service and/or file a theft report with your local authorities. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
